FeedbackPulse provides cloud-based software for conducting customer surveys, market analyses, and internal feedback processes. The platform includes survey creation, data collection, evaluation functions, and reporting tools. The specific scope of features depends on the service package booked and is individually defined in the contractual relationship.
You are responsible for the lawful collection and processing of personal data in the context of your surveys. Consent from respondents must be ensured, and the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation must be complied with. The content of your surveys must not contain misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful statements. Access credentials must be treated confidentially and must not be shared with third parties.
We strive to ensure high availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance work is generally carried out outside business hours and announced in advance. We assume no liability for unplanned outages due to force majeure, technical disruptions from third-party providers, or necessary security updates, to the extent permitted by law.
The evaluations and analyses provided serve as decision-making aids. They do not replace professional advice in the areas of market research, law, or corporate strategy. We are liable only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct on our part. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise. We do not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter.
Unless otherwise agreed, the minimum contract term is twelve months. Termination is possible with three months' notice at the end of the contract term. In the event of serious violations of these terms, particularly in cases of misuse of the platform, we may terminate access with immediate effect. After the contract ends, your data will be deleted in accordance with statutory retention periods or exported upon request.
We reserve the right to adjust these terms of use if required due to legal changes, new features, or technical developments. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least four weeks before they take effect. If you do not object to the change within this period, the new version will be deemed accepted.
